Fabulous coffee at a lovely little independent coffee shop. Really good coffee beans roasted on site, the brownie was delicious and there is plently of indoor and outdoor seating.

decent coffee shop in town seating outside is limited but comfortable, i ordered a vanilla matcha latte and was very satisfied. matcha was of above quality and syrup was not overly sweet. average service, prices are high however along with all independent coffee shops :/

Best independent coffee shop in Southend. Very comfy and cosy, it is the perfect place if you're looking to relax for a quiet read of a book or catch-up with friends. I personally enjoy the large lack of laptops as no WiFi. Can get busy around lunchtime and on weekends, but what can you expect. 1st thing in the morning is very quiet and relaxing to visit and their opening hours are great (open 7am most days). Their cakes are fantastic to have with a coffee and staff very friendly with quick service. Highly recommend.

I recently discovered this hidden gem of a coffee shop & I have been blown away by the quality of their coffee. The space is inviting & there are plenty of cozy seating options, including an upstairs area. The decor is charming & adds to the overall experience. I highly recommend skipping the chain coffee shops & giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

The Café caught my eye with the amount of people sat outside enjoying it, it's got a really great vibe inside with unique decorations and the staff seems to be all friendly. However, the £5 minimum spend to pay by card seems a bit silly for a coffee shop, especially when someone wants a simple Latte or espresso but has to get extras just to be able to pay by card

Such a gorgeous little cafe, popped here on Saturday to meet a couple of friends for breakfast. I had a cheese and ham toasty which was yummy, and came with a nice side salad. The decor is very eclectic and fun. The staff were really polite and friendly. Spoke to the owner about her lovely collection of miniatures in a cabinet which belonged to her late grandmother, such a precious thing to have displayed, and very heartwarming. LGBTQ friendly, definitely top notch service and atmosphere. Will definitely pop back here when I'm next in Southend.

Such a quirky, inclusive cafe. Owners are Consistently friendly and approachable. Wait staff are edgy-looking but warm and lovely. Menu is straightfoward. Cakes display on counter are generous like doorstops! Coffee is nice, sometimes I hope for a bit more finesse in terms of milk frothing but it's by far one of the best around. Side salad. is a bit bland (dressing or something would make it more appealing) Turnaround is quick so seating is often available. Ample seating outside as Well as upstairs. Unfortunately no highchairs but still babies are welcome. No life, stairs only. The people and their energy are really what make this place for me.
